Preventing extremism and radicalism
We work to create a healthy society, where individuals respect others and acknowledge differences.
we aim to build peace, reject racism, abolished hate speech and combat extremism.
To achieve this, we deal firmly and strictly with any violation of privacy, promotion of hate speech, racism, regionalism, or discrimination on the grounds of religion, gender, language, or belief.
Behavior and discipline
We seek to create a disciplined generation that respects each other, respects time, cleanliness, and environmental protection.
The Objectives of the school Behavior Policy are to:
Ensure that all members of the school community are shown respect and show respect for others.
Encourage a positive approach to behavior by good example and praise and reward for good behavior.
Ensure that the environment, curriculum, other factors within the school’s control are monitored to ensure the promotion of good behavior.
Ensure that where behavior falls short of accepted standards, procedures are followed and sanctions are applied fairly and consistently.
Health and safety
Our Responsibilities are to ensure that pupils are safe at school and when undertaking out of school activities. The risk management to keep them safe should be proportionate to the nature of the activities.
Teachers should be able to take pupils on exciting school trips that broaden their horizons.
Pupils should be able to play freely in the playground and be able to take part in sports.
Chairman and staff of WES believe that the health and safety of persons within the school is of paramount importance.
The first requirement for maintaining high standards of health and safety is that everyone is vigilant and undertakes personal responsibility for their own health and safety and of others.
The WES administration does not tolerate those who neglect their responsibility towards health and safety, and the punishment may reach permanent dismissal from the job.
